Appetizer Selections

Tuna Martini: Tuna Tartare dressed with lemon vinaigrette and capers

Grilled Quail: Herb marinated quail served over angel hair next finished with chianti glaze

Red and Gold Beet Napoleon:  Herb infused Goat Cheese between layers of Gold and

Red Beets topped with crispy prosciutto (optional)  

Beef Carpaccio:  Paper thin sliced filet mignon topped with arugula, onion drizzled with
dijon aioli


All Entrees served with warm baked bread, Housemade Pesto and your choice of:  
Lobster Bisque, House Mixed Green Salad or Ceasar Salad

    Seafood Cardinale: Twin Lobster Tails with Prawns, Scallops and Clams in fra diavolo or
marinara sauce over fettuccine

    Filet Mignon topped with a barolo demi glace and Lobster Mac and Cheese

Rack of Lamb drizzled with a port reduction served with rosemary lemon garlic potatoes
and roasted asparagus

    Fresh Catch (Sea Bass or Halibut or similar) seared topped with a strawberry corn
avocado salsa drizzled with lemon beurre blanc over french beans

    Veal Osso Bucco slow braised and tender with root vegetables over ricotta gnocchi
topped with a chianti demi glace

Whole Bronzini Mediterranean baked and topped up with roma tomatoes, capers, onions
and artichoke hearts served with seasoned mixed seasonal vegetables
